I currently have a few slots available.

Sessions are $200 per 50-55 minute session

I do not accept insurance, however, if you have a PPO, it is possible that your insurance can reimburse you for part of the fee. I can provide you with a superbill and you could submit that to your insurance for reimbursement. If you wanted to find out how much your insurance would reimburse, you would ask them what the reimbursement rate would be for CPT codes 90791, 90837 and 90834.
